Gables at Northlake, also known as Montecito, is a community of single-family homes and townhouses in the northern part of Palm Beach Gardens, across the street from PGA National, over Northlake Blvd. The 186 homes in Gables at Northlake were built in 2005 and 2006, so the community offers newer CBS homes with beautiful facades, colonnaded entryways, and tumbled granite paver stones.

Single-family homes in Montecito come in one- or two-story layouts, with sizes ranging from a 1,290 square-foot 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house to a 3,752 square-foot 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath house. Montecito townhomes are all 2-story 3-bedroom homes with a small variation in square footage (1,706-1,728).

A relatively inexpensive homeowner association fee includes lawn care, sprinkler heads, basic cable, upkeep of common areas, and gated entry.
