If you’re dreaming about having easy access to Jupiter’s premier beaches but don’t want to spend a lot of money, you don’t have to. Bluffs Lakes and its sister community Bluffs River North, on the other side of Marcinski Rd, may be a great option for you. As of late 2021, you can get yourself a terrific vacation home or a place of permanent residence here for around mid-$300,000s.

Bluffs Lakes feature 2-bedroom 2.5-bathroom fourplex or quad townhomes, each with a private patio where residents can grill, grow a small private garden, or just use the space for sunbathing on your deck lounger. But then again, the fabulous sands of Jupiter and Juno Beach are in a stone's throw away from your home, so you can (and probably will) sunbathe on the beach. Bluffs Lakes welcomes pets under 25 lbs.
