The Heights of Jupiter
The Heights of Jupiter is a pizza slice shaped community of 1,500 single-family homes in the oceanside town of Jupiter, Florida. The official name of this subdivision is North Palm Beach Heights, but most locals simply refer to it as the Heights. It’s located between I-95 and Abacoa, immediately north of Egret Landing.
Perhaps the biggest attraction of The Heights is its affordability (see the chart below) given the location. There is no governing body, so residents don’t have to pay any HOA fees nor comply with association rules.
Homes in The Heights of Jupiter come in a variety of unique styles, from one-level ranch-style homes to two-story houses. Many homes here have been updated and remodeled in the early to mid-2000s. Sizes range from under 1,000 sqft up to 2,500 sqft under air. Practically every Heights home has a small backyard, which is kind of a luxury in this part of Jupiter.
